• Create and maintain filing systems, type office correspondence, distribute mail, order and track HR supplies, answer phone calls, create new employee files, assist job applicants, maintain confidentiality of employee records, ensure accurate maintenance of employee files.
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance, report unsafe conditions, interact with others professionally, develop positive working relationships, ensure quality standards are met, use computers to access work-related information, perform physical tasks up to 10 pounds.

• Education: High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience
