Job Purpose

The job holder supports Agile Tribes and Foundational Intiatives function by facilitating reporting, management accounting, logistics activities to ensure successful implementation of bank-wide initiatives.
The job holder collaborates with cross-functional teams within Technology Division and other divisions in the bank for operational consistency across bank-wide initiatives in activities relating to finance, procurement and human resources.

Key Accountabilities (1)

Operations Support and Governance
Provide logistics support for Head of PCM and the team, CEO workshops, governance meetings and be the contact point for building the Agile working environment for the Technology Division.
Dedicated to specific tribes to support with procurement proposal preparation and tracking, cost monitoring and reporting.
Support STEERCO meetings arrangements and preparation of required documentation including language translation.
Maintain the knowledge base of theTechnology Division as required.
Support tribe operational activities as required.

Key Accountabilities (2)

Resource Management
Assist with resource planning for assigned tribe.
Participate in onboarding of new team members.

Key Accountabilities (3)

Organise asset management for assigned tribe.
Support tracking resources and performance management aligned with interaction model between other divisions and Technology Division.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

At least 3 years of project experience in a leading bank or technology organization
Strong knowledge and experience of banking product development, performance management, IT project implementation
Demonstrated experience working in a transformation office to drive a large organization-wide transformation program
Strong experience in performance tracking and management including operating rhythm of performance reviews.
Understands Agile principles, practices and Scrum methodologies (will be advantageous)
Experience working in Agile teams to support digital transformation projects (will be advantageous)
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Banking and Finance or relevant discipline
Project management certification in PMP, PgMP will be advantageous

Công ty TNHH Không gian vui chơi hoạt động chủ yếu trong ngành vui chơi giải trí cho trẻ em, các khu vui chơi được đặt chủ yếu tại các trung tâm thương mại: SC Vivo City, Lotte Shopping Hà Nội, Lotte Mart Phan Thiết, Lotte Mart Vũng Tàu, Lotte Mart Đồng Nai, Lotte Mart Bình Dương, Vincom Nha Trang, Vincom Thái Bình, Emart Gò Vấp, v.v…
