• Candidate will be full time posted at the client's location. (Working time dependent on Client’s production plan, working on shift with remoting, be present in time whenever there’s problem or upon Client’s requests)
• Monitor the chemical product performance in production lines. (Maintain and adjust chemical concentration in customer’s demand production range)
• Routine collection of samples and run quality testing at onsite laboratory.
• Generate and maintain accurate records and reports of check sheet & quality test result. Submit to customer within timeline.
• Ensure that tests and inspections are performed within target standards. Shall promptly inform and provide troubleshooting/solutions for any abnormal case happening immediately, then report to Client.
• Preventive maintenance for electronics and software applications of equipment. And routine calibration of equipment & related tools.
• Prepare regents for operating at Client’s production lines.
• Chemical inventory management such as recording daily usage, storage on hand and so on. Order required chemicals/reagents in time for using and confirm when new stock delivery needs to be in client’s location.
• Prepares and conducts internal and/or external technical trainings
• Responsible for directly communicating with sales, marketing and members of Application Engineering team.
• Act as the point of contact and coordinate directly with Application Engineering team and Sales team to meet client
• Respects and complies with client’s safety rules at production sites
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or relevant Engineering/technical discipline
• Have 1-2 years working experience in Laboratory
• Good written English and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate in Chinese would be an added advantage.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)
• Having mechanical and chemical aptitude.
• Able to work on shift and during the weekend as assigned.
• Flexible, highly enthusiastic individuals with willingness to take the initiatives/challenges.
• Team player and strong customer service mindset
