Product/Commercial/Visual Management:

Analyze sales reports to identify priorities and create tailored visual merchandising solutions.
Gather feedback from the team to improve proposals.
Implement and communicate merchandising standards to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Train team on visual execution standards.
Ensure shop floor layout and new lines follow company guidelines.
Style mannequins, displays, and manage boutique merchandising.

Shop- floor & Sales Management:

Communicate with management on personnel and product updates.
Motivate sales team to boost sales and efficiency.
Monitor daily and monthly sales targets.
Ensure standards are maintained throughout the day.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service.
Enforce return policies and support with product knowledge and new arrivals.
Address customer issues and escalate as needed.

Health & Safety:

Ensure safe work practices and follow company procedures.
Maintain good housekeeping and report incidents to senior management.

Passion for fashion.
Or candidates with over 1 year of store management experience, and English proficiency, in Food and Beverage or Hospitality chains.
At least 1 year of experience in fashion retail chains (Big brands).
Strong communication, problem- solving, and team management skills.
