What you'll do:
As a Product Manager, you will:
- Lead the pre-launch and launch of assigned brands in the Vietnam market
- Drive and manage marketing activities to exceed team objectives through effective strategic planning, operations, and execution
- Foster clear communication and strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry standards
- Develop and propose comprehensive Brand Plans, from strategy through to implementation
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to measure performance, analyze results, and implement necessary corrective actions
- Prepare sales forecasts, market share reports, patient data, promotional budgets, and set clear objectives
- Identify key challenges and provide actionable solutions to the Business Unit/Sales Manager
What you bring:
- University degree in Pharmaceuticals, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product or brand management for pharmaceutical companies
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, with knowledge of e-commerce and trade marketing as a plus
- Ability to extract actionable insights from marketing analysis
- Skilled in developing and executing brand strategies
- Strong financial acumen to make informed, data-driven decisions
- Innovative and creative thinking, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Commitment to excellence in execution, ensuring successful implementation of plans
- Hardworking with a strong sense of commitment
- Proficient in English, enabling effective communication with diverse teams
