What you'll do:

As a Product Manager, you will:

• Lead the pre-launch and launch of assigned brands in the Vietnam market
• Drive and manage marketing activities to exceed team objectives through effective strategic planning, operations, and execution
• Foster clear communication and strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry standards
• Develop and propose comprehensive Brand Plans, from strategy through to implementation
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to measure performance, analyze results, and implement necessary corrective actions
• Prepare sales forecasts, market share reports, patient data, promotional budgets, and set clear objectives
• Identify key challenges and provide actionable solutions to the Business Unit/Sales Manager

What you bring:

• University degree in Pharmaceuticals, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product or brand management for pharmaceutical companies
• Expertise in Digital Marketing, with knowledge of e-commerce and trade marketing as a plus
• Ability to extract actionable insights from marketing analysis
• Skilled in developing and executing brand strategies
• Strong financial acumen to make informed, data-driven decisions
• Innovative and creative thinking, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Commitment to excellence in execution, ensuring successful implementation of plans
• Hardworking with a strong sense of commitment
• Proficient in English, enabling effective communication with diverse teams
