Team & Performance Management
Lead, assign, and monitor tasks for team members to ensure clarity, accountability, and timely completion.
Assess team member performance regularly, provide feedback, and support professional development.
Foster a positive, can-do work culture that promotes initiative and accountability.
Recruitment & Training
Participate in teacher recruitment and monitor the quality of recruitment conducted by interview collaborators.
Conduct training and coaching sessions (or collaborate with outsourcing partners) for teachers and TAs to improve instructional quality.
Identify training needs, monitor training results and propose program adjustment accordingly.
Academic Operations & Quality Assurance
Oversee onboarding, and scheduling of teaching staff.
Monitor class delivery, conduct observations, and evaluate performance based on KPIs.
Ensure high-quality teaching and effective classroom management.
Provide support and solutions for teaching and learning issues related to teachers or students.
Manage and update teacher's and student's LMS in coordination with the Operations and Tech teams.
Collaborate with the curriculum team on program enhancements and lesson improvement.
Strategic & Data-Driven Decision Making
Analyze teaching quality, student performance, and operational data to inform decisions.
Track key academic metrics and drive improvements through actionable insights.
Deliver accurate and timely reports to management on team performance, training outcomes, and academic quality.
Align team goals with overall business and result-oriented objectives of the organization.
Problem Solving & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Proactively identify issues and offer feasible, solution-focused recommendations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ensure smooth cross-functional communication and follow-up.
Other Duties
Perform tasks with a focus on results, efficiency, and quality.
Be available to travel between sites and hubs for work-related needs if required.
Support new initiatives and actively contribute to process improvement and innovation.Ability to work independently and critically under time pressure.
Collaborative mindset; able to work with teams across functions (event, curriculum, ops).
Strong internal communication and task tracking skills.
Flexibility in work location and schedule; ready to travel between hubs if needed.
High ownership and attention to detail in class logistics and support delivery.
Experience in EdTech, language centers, or academic coordination roles.
Familiarity with center-based learning environments.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM/ERP platforms. Proficiency in English.Dynamic, international working environment.
