ABOUT KFC
Colonel Harland Sanders opened the first KFC in Corbin, Kentucky, in 1938. He started with one restaurant, 11 herbs and spices, and an idea. From there, our incredible brand and product grew to what it is today. KFC is one of the five brands operated by our parent company, Yum! Along with Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, The Habit Burger Grill and recently added Heartstyles.
KFC first came to Vietnam in 1997 with our first restaurant in Super Bowl, Ho Chi Minh City. Today, we are the biggest business in the fast-food industry in Vietnam, with more than 200 restaurants run and 5,000 restaurant team members. The Restaurant Support Centre (RSC) is located at the Bluesky office, Tan Binh District – near Tan Son Nhat Airport.
POSITION SUMMARY
Report to: E-Commerce Director.
Role Purpose:
The Ecommerce Manager will collaborate closely with the E-Commerce Director to lead initiatives across aggregator platforms, big-order programs, and online campaigns. This role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to drive commercial growth and elevate customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
· Aggregator (Food App) Management:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance business growth and customer engagement via aggregator platforms.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage impactful partnerships to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners while identifying new growth opportunities.
- Leverage data insights to guide partnership development and optimization
· Big Order Program Management
- Design and implement a comprehensive big-order strategy, covering menu offerings, pricing, CRM systems, and operational workflows.
- Monitor program performance, using data analytics to make informed recommendations for improvement.
- Develop innovative methods to engage customers and adapt to evolving industry trends.
- Foster strong relationships with major clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction remains high.
· Campaign Excellence
- Create an integrated campaign calendar aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Oversee campaign execution, monitor performance, and assess effectiveness to meet targets.
- Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines and brand standards during campaign implementation
· Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the central liaison for e-commerce initiatives, ensuring alignment with marketing, operations, IT, and other departments.
- Promote seamless communication across teams for successful implementation of programs and projects..
- Reporting & analysis
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and generate reports to inform strategic decisions
Professional Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, Omnichannel, or a related field. MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in e-commerce sales management, with expertise in omnichannel operations and third-party platform management.
- Proven experience in collaboration with IT teams for platform development and optimization.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in budget management and English fluency is required.
