Your Job

We are looking for contribution motivated individual for Purchasing team who are willing to learn and able to work on well with the team

Our Team

You'll collaborate with all related sections in the company, Vendors, Suppliers, Customers, Molex Entities, local authorities

What You Will Do

• Purchase raw materials, spare parts & production equipment according to purchase request from other departments. Dealing with vendors, suppliers, Molex entities about specs, price, and delivery to satisfy demands. Manage the lead-time for purchase goods. Handle payment to suppliers.
• Control vendors, supplier inventory, materials… Work with suppliers, vendors to improve performance and cost down.
• Responsible for product test for existing component/goods.
• Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• College level or university degree
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing companies in similar position
• Good knowledge and skills of manufacturing processes, procurement process.
• Procedures, processes, standards, instructions creation skills
• International and local laws.
• English (oral and written), Work planning, Problem-solving, Training, Coaching, Leadership and managerial skills
• Kaizen and innovation skills
• Understand and implement as requirements from ISOs, CSR, RBA
