Mô tả công việc
- Look after existing producing accounts by following all enquiries, assuring the clients satisfaction;
- Look for new accounts to regenerate and increase the productivity of the Account portfolio;
- Assist in drawing up the marketing plan, define precisely guest requirements and offer under the supervision of higher level;
- Promote the hotel services and special events/Promotions at the hotel in all sales calls;
- Negotiate prices with clients and issue contracts and / or offers under the supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing;
- Look at the monthly production of the accounts and present to Director of sales and Marketing overlook of the accounts;
- Looks for group leads, quote the groups, follow up the quotation with the ultimate goal of their confirmation;
- Prepare a monthly sales planning to be presented to the Director of Sales and Marketing in advance.

Yêu cầu công việc
- More than one year experience in a similar experience in the luxury hotel with Corporate background;
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Excellent oral and written communication in English is a must;
- Knowledge of international/regional source markets would be added advantage;
- Proactive, guest service oriented, excellent presentation skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other tools;
- National under local contract (Vietnamese candidate only).
