JOB SUMMARY

Keep the designated Public Area clean at all times and in proper way during shift and assist guest with any questions which might arise.

JOB SPECIFIC TASKS

• Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times

• Go to housekeeping office sign in ,And read staff information billboard carefully

• Go to PA pantry have briefing and get working area and important information of hotel from shift leader.

• Ensure designated area is properly and regularly cleaned

• Report any faults or maintenance requests to the PA Shift leader or Housekeeping Coordinator promptly

• Has a knowledge of location of outlets and other facilities, in order to correctly direct guests if requested

• Perform cleaning with a minimum disturbance to guests

• When applicable, assists guests when working in the elevator areas

• Ensure toilet and tissue papers are properly stocked in the restrooms

• Greets all guests with an appropriate greeting and friendly smile

• Responsible for the cleanliness of assigned service areas.

• Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests request

• Keep trolley neat and adequately supplied

• Maintain all equipment in good working condition

• Keep storeroom neat and in good order

• Deliver high quality service to guests

• Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met

• Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service

• At least 6 months to one year experience at the same position.
• Be able to relocate to Ha Giang City.
