Key Roles & Responsibilities

Identifies strategic goals by gathering relevant business, financial, service, and operations information
Helps to coach, advise, and discipline employees
Assists in developing, coordinating, and enforcing policies, procedures, and productivity standards

Business Requirements

Graduated from University with major in Banking, Finance, Foreign Trade; Economics or economic- related disciplines

Experience in Sales, Finance, Audit or other relevant business sector

Knowledge

Preferably Financing, Banking or Economics

Skills

Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission
Can work under pressure in fast- paced environment either independently or in a team
Assisting line manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
Ensuring company policies be followed
Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
PC proficiency and good organization skills
Integrity, innovative, customer- oriented, collaborative
Interpersonal, good communication
Confident, aggressive and have a flair for task management
Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with a diversified group of individuals at organization levels
Conducting employee performance review
Can adapt in a learning work culture.
Analytical, problem- solving; Excel/PowerPoint proficiency
Completing tasks assigned by the manager accurately and efficiently
