Job Description
- Responsible for personnel recruitment, training and employee relations on project site.
- Manage general aspects of office administration to ensure a smoothly functioning office.
- Manage the office inventory including equipment, documents and others.
- Receptionist: welcome guest, receive and transfer incoming calls/mails, apply for visa for
locals and expats, book air ticket and accommodation
- Establish and liaise with government departments.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or any related major is preferred.
- At least 3 years of solid experience in Human resources and Administration.
- Vietnamese only, English and Chinese are full professional proficiency.
