Job Summary
Managing and developing key accounts within the MT Channel/ Multi-brand Stores (MBS): BeautyBox, Watson, Guardian, Matsumoto Kiyoshi...
Building strong relationships with key clients, maximizing sales promotion plan, and driving business growth in MBS Channel.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Beauty industry, exceptional sales and marketing skills, and a proven track record in key account management for offline beauty chains.
Obtaining key campaign (Ref. Store Anniversary/Double day/Back to the School and so on) experiences with the channels mentioned above are preferred.
Principal Accountabilities
Key Account Management (60%)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the MBS Channel, serving as their primary point of contact. Develop an in-depth understanding of their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
Develop account-specific strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing and Logistics, to develop tailored solutions for key clients.
Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with key clients, including pricing, promotions, and trade agreements. Manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Handle customer sell-in and sell-thru with proper portfolio to sustain a healthy and profitable business.
Do site-check/trade visit to ensure the brand VMDs/POSMs/Stock/Competitors and Market research at MBS channels
Promotion Planning & Execution (40%)
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct regular market analysis and provide insights to internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to develop effective promotional activities and merchandising plans.
Propose idea and execute sales promotion plan for each offline chains to drive revenue and operation profit growth based on sales target.

Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree or above.
More than 3 years of related experience in Cosmetics or Retail industry, specifically in the MT channel - Multibrand Store (MBS): BeautyBox, Watson, Guardian, Matsumoto Kiyoshi,...
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving promotion plan for offline beauty chains.
Skill Sets
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Beauty industry, including market dynamics, key players, and trends. Familiarity with MBS channels is essential.
Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to establish trust and credibility with key clients. Proven experience in managing and nurturing long-term business relationships.
Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Demonstrated experience in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative account plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present ideas, proposals, and reports to internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations.
Personal Attributes
Self-motivated and result-oriented. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to details and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment..
