Construction Supervision:
Ensure vendors and contractors deliver quality work on time.
Monitor construction processes and enforce safety regulations.
Inspect equipment, materials, and the site regularly.
Hold regular meetings with vendors, managers, and staff.
Work with architects, project coordinators, managers, and other professionals.
Stay updated on safety codes and construction advancements.
Handle paperwork and travel to multiple sites as needed.
Review daily work and suggest improvements.
Project Management:
Deliver projects within budget and timelines.
Lead and organize construction projects per company policies and local laws.
Communicate project details with stakeholders and collaborate for successful delivery.
Ensure project work matches designs and specifications.
Adhere to contract terms and conditions.
Identify and manage project risks.
Submit progress claims with relevant documents on time.
Attend on-site meetings or events.
Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) Management:
Implement and monitor safety systems on site.
Liaise with contractors on safety, security, and environmental issues.
Conduct safety inspections, assessments, and incident investigations.
Reporting:
Report progress to the Construction Project Manager.
Monitor and report on project costs and timelines.
Write and present reports, budgets, and project plans to stakeholders.

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction.
Experience with AutoCAD or similar tools is desirable.
Experience in interior construction.
Strong planning and organizing skills.
Leadership experience recommended.
Ability to manage project costs and budgets.
