Compile, analyze and report sales data
Provide actionable insights to Sales Head and BOM
Monitor and analyze customers, competitors and market trends
Monitor and evaluate sales performance by sales channel, by product and by sales branches and sales team.
Create accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market analysis, and sales trends.
Work with the finance team to align sales forecasts with financial projections.
Adjust forecasts as necessary based on changing market conditions and sales performance
Adjust strategies to ensure optimal results.
Analyze sales promotion and sales campaigns effectiveness and provide recommendations
Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager and CMD1. Basic requirements:
Language: Proficient in English
2. Qualifications:
Education qualification: Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Business
Experience:
Minimum 3 year working experience, preferably in finance reporting, market research, data analyst
Experience working in consumer lending, banks or fintech lending companies are a plus
Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, SQL
Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Multi-tasking & effective time management
Critical thinking, result oriented and can do attitude
Integrity, Accountability and Ownership
Proactive, enthusiastic at work, and able to work under pressure.
Working location: Hà NộiCompensation:
Salary increment and bonus based on OKRs mid-year and year-end review.
13th-14th month salary in accordance with Company's policies and regulations.
12 days of leaves with full salary. Up to 10 days of sick leave
Meal, gasoline, and mobile phone allowance and personal health insurance package allowance
