I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Financial Analysis & Planning:

• Provide comprehensive financial analysis and insights to support sourcing strategies and decisions.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for sourcing activities.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Business Partnering:

• Act as a strategic partner to the Sourcing team, offering financial guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Facilitate informed decision-making by providing timely and accurate financial information.

Cost Management:

• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within the sourcing process.
• Analyze cost structures and negotiate with vendors to achieve optimal pricing and terms.
• Track and report on key financial metrics related to sourcing activities.

Risk Management:

• Assess financial risks associated with sourcing activities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures in all sourcing transactions.
• Conduct financial due diligence on new vendors and sourcing partners.

Process Improvement:

• Lead initiatives to streamline and enhance financial processes related to sourcing.
• Implement best practices in financial management and reporting for the sourcing function.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial controls and governance.

Reporting & Communication:

• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management.
• Communicate financial performance and insights to stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, with a focus on sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and sourcing processes.
