What You Will Be Accountable For
Trade Activity Planning
- Develop and implement a short-term trade promotion plan & activities aligned with annual cycles and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to volume, value, and distribution targets.
- Track, analyze & generate insights on the efficiency of the deployed trade activities & suggest course correction if required
- Lead the Key Outlet platform independently aligned with strategy.
- Define plan to extract value from the platform & effective spending (e.g. Resource management, critical metric setting & volume delivery of the Key outlets)
- Conduct regular reviews of ongoing trade engagement activities and provide summarized reports for discussion during Cycle Planning Meetings, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Track progress, provide updates, and follow up on actions with cross-functional teams, agencies, and regions.
- Collaborate with regional teams to cultivate relationships, lead all aspects of operations, and track (KPIs).
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration and execution of activities.
- Actively participate in the origination, evaluation, and implementation of new, innovative ideas to drive sales growth and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or any related field
- Proven experience of minimum 3 years in Brand / Trade Marketing in a FMCG company (preferable an MNC)
- English, Vietnamese Proficient
- Ability to co-ordinate with different internal/external senior stakeholders to drive agenda
- Ability to plan, design and implement trade activations
- Having knowledge on business process & procedures & market implementation/execution
- Having sound presentation skills
