TikTok Shop Partners (TSP) are service providers for TikTok Shop sellers to help sellers manage content creation, shoppable live stream production, and assortment selection. Some TSPs could also help manage fulfillment and logistics solutions for sellers. TikTok Shop Partner Development team will be in charge of identifying potential TSPs and helping them succeed at TikTok Shop with sellers.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and executing the recruitment and development of TikTok partners (TSP) in Vietnam, designing TSP recruitment strategy and landing investment;
- Develop management and support policies for TSP, responsible for the daily management of TSP, including but not limited to admission, assessment, dismissal, wind control, etc., to ensure the daily operation of TSP and promote the achievement of performance targets. Analyze service indicators, clarify the current status of TSP's capability, formulate the direction of improvement and review regularly, and output of operation methodology;
- Provide continuous support and training for TSP, analyze TSP team structure, operational human efficiency, etc., give reasonable advice according to business development planning, organize and implement TSP team skills training and empowerment, and improve TSP team combat power;
- Have experience in dealing with the CN supply chain, familiar with the development status of cross-border e-commerce in Vietnam, and have the resources of VN service agencies with CN-speaking background preferred;
- Vietnam TSP ecological cultivation, including but not limited to the organization of industry workshops, and TSP seminars.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, 3+ years of experience in account management, having experience in project management, merchant acquisition, supplier management, or e-commerce platform co-development in an internet company, e-commerce business background is preferred
- Strong business development ability, good at business negotiation, able to independently reach and promote external cooperation
- Proficient in English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Data thinking, with data analysis experience, master basic data extraction tools. Familiar with TSP cost and revenue structure, able to guide operation with data analysis of industry trends, performance evaluation and project execution
- Experience in project management and cross-function team collaboration, as well as good teamwork spirit
