Support End-Users

• Install and configure standard applications based on IT standard policies
• Support all hardware/software issues, including desktops/laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, cameras, speakers, telephones, mobile phones, conference devices, flip TVs, etc.
• Propose hardware upgrades or replacements
• Provide basic training on Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Microsoft To Do, Planner, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Network

• Monitor daily network connections at Head Office and factories to ensure smooth performance and low latency
• Troubleshoot network issues for the factories
• Configure firewalls in accordance with IT security rules
• Propose and implement changes to IT network devices as per IT specifications

System

• Configure and manage Active Directory Server, GPO, JumpCloud, VMware, Hyper-V, and CCTV
• Monitor and troubleshoot the Weighing System
• Set up and configure Linux servers
• Perform backup and recovery for all related systems

Security

• Identify IT vulnerabilities and risks
• Schedule and perform malware and trojan scans
• Coordinate, adjust, and apply security rules in accordance with IT policies

IT Asset Inventory

• Track, update, label all IT devices in IT asset inventory management when issued to end-users / other site
• Perform in auditing periodic IT asset

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• At least one year of experience in the same position
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• Good English skills (reading, writing)
• Good communication skills
• Good problem-solving and time management skills
• Certifications in Microsoft / Cisco / Sophos / Fortinet / CompTIA Security+
• Experienced in writing IT reports
• Experienced in PC troubleshooting
• Experienced in DHCP, DNS, VPN, Proxy, SMB, SSH, Telnet, VNC, Active Directory Server, VMware, Hyper-V
• Experienced in installing and configuring Router Firewalls (Sophos, Fortinet, Palo Alto), Switches L2–L3, Access Points (Meraki, Ruckus, Aruba, Cambium), Fiber technology; PBX Contact Center Cloud is a plus
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, or similar)
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Open Source, Android, iOS, Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Suite, Private Cloud, Synology is a plus
• Knowledge in IT security (email protection, encryption, MDM, VPN, cybersecurity, mobile devices, wireless, etc.) is a plus
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, CMD, Python, Bash) is a plus
