What You’ll Do

Daily and weekly:
Review and approve operation tickets in the internal system.
Review enterprise documents, including contract & termination, invoice, orders report.
Follow up with BD team for debt collection.
Book accounting transaction into accounting software.
Handle driver-related matters, including driver offboarding, driver cash out, driver wallet, driver deposit.
Prepare weekly reports (cash flow, bank balance, driver deposits).
Support other departments for driver-related and enterprise-related matters.
Other tasks from Finance Manager.
Monthly:
Check monthly wallet adjustment.
Prepare MEC packages.
Perform monthly stock count, prepare Inventory and Sales report.
VAT invoice issuance monthly.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
At least 3 or 4 years’ experience as Senior Accountant in MNC.
Good in communication, hard-working, active at work.
English: Intermediate level in all skills.
Computer: Good in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Prior experience with the Oracle NetSuite accounting system is highly preferred.
Submission of an English CV is required.

HCM với 160 triệu đô vốn đầu tư của HANA COBI Hàn Quốc (công ty mẹ của Lock&Lock, thành lập năm 1978), có tổng 4 pháp nhân và đang hoạt động các ngành nghề cụ thể như sau: ① Office tower quy mô lớn tọa lạc tại Khu đô thị Phú Mỹ Hưng (COBI TOWER – 2 Tòa nhà (17 tầng, 20 tầng) với giá trị tổng dự án 50 triệu USD) ② Trung tâm mua sắm tổng hợp online/offline vật liệu xây dựng, vật tư trang trí nội thất, đồ nội thất (COBI HOME – 5 tầng, diện tích 53,000m2 với giá trị tổng dự án 50 triệu USD) ③ Trung tâm hậu cần tổng hợp (COBI LOGIS – diện tích 14ha, tọa lạc tại KCN Long Hậu với giá trị tổng dự án 40 triệu USD) ④ Cửa hàng phân phối tổng hợp (COBI HORECA – chuyên phân phối online/offline khoảng 20.000 sản phẩm da dạng ngành nhà hàng, khách sạn, café với giá trị tổng dự án 10 triệu USD)
