• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment and access points; permitting entry

• Work with department head in department roster arrangements and team training, team leading.

• Ensuring patrolling of the Wink’s property is carried out properly to deliver a very secured experience to guests and colleagues

• Working with local police, front desk police report system, government and law enforcement agencies for respective special visits etc. when required by department head.

• Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, restraining trespassers

• Frequently participating in immediate on-the-spot training, coaching for Wink experience performance shortfalls when necessary

• Ensuring that Wink hotel is in compliance with all local safety regulations and emergency procedures

• Acting as the champion of security operations and have a natural passion to drive exceptional safety measures for Wink hotel operations

• Controlling traffic by directing drivers

• Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures

• Maintaining organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements

• Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques

• Responding to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers

• Protecting the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues

• Following procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations

• Executing on other assigned tasks from Security Manager

• Over 03 years’ experience in hotel’s security operations, at least 01 year as same position in dynamic hotels, preferably with pre-opening experience

• High school graduation, Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field; certification of Security training courses a plus

• Fair written and verbal communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension) in Vietnamese. English skill a plus

• Proven hands-on experience in the security arena in a similar capacity with an attitude to deliver and have exceptional knowledge of latest trends in security measures

• Ability to offer solutions, anticipate problems and provide action plan formulation; provide high level of attention to detail

• Team and knowledge management, system diversities, organizational and team interrelationships at multiple levels

• Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
