Mô Tả Công Việc
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and design engaging, effective, and learner-centric training programs
Create interactive and multimedia-rich learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, simulations and other innovative formats;
Develop and maintain a variety of learning materials such as participant guides, facilitator guides, job aids and assessments;
Apply Adult learning principles, Universal design for learning and Instructional design methodologies to create meaningful learning experiences that align with company goals;
Incorporate feedback and evaluations to continuously improve the quality and impact of learning solutions;
Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangement and participant communication;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, attendance sheets, and performance evaluations;
Support the evaluation and analysis of training effectiveness through data collection and reporting
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline administrative processes and enhance overall program efficiency.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor graduate with 1+ years of experience in human resources is a plus, especially in talent development
Passionate about human development performance and productivity;
Proficient in reading and translating English – Vietnamese (IELTS Overall 6.5+ is a plus);
Excellent in writing and verbal communication skills;
Attentive to detail and committed to delivering high-quality work in a timely manner;
Active; Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptive to changing priorities;
Proficient in multimedia editing tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut) is a plus.
BENEFITS
Salary package: 9 -11 million VND/month (Include Basic salary + Social insurances + Bonus);
Other compensations and benefits container are in accordance with company policies;
