- To follow all licenses, insurance, contacts, etc. or as required by the Financial Controller to ensure that they are renewed prior to expiration dates.

- Prepares relevant materials, upon Financial Controller (or Financial Manager )’s instruction, for meetings attended that he/she is required to attend

- To compile and send the Financial Report, Business Plan to the Owners, Board of Director, Hotel Management and Department Heads concerned.

- Ensures that all Finance forms and reports are forwarded in time to the concerned departments.

- Set up a systematic and efficient filing system, for both hard files as well as all electronic data, that enables quick retrieval. Ensures all files are kept up to date at all times.

- Assists team in celebrating monthly birthday parties department activities.

- Performs other duties which may be requested by the Financial Controller

- At least 1 year-experience in the similar role

- Computer literate, Secretarially Trained and Office Solutions

- English proficiency and hospitality trained

- Effective communication, organized and high level of confidentiality
