1. Corporate Sales & Business Development

• Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients across assigned cluster properties
• Develop and execute cluster-level corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Negotiate corporate contracts, rate agreements, and volume-based deals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and corporate travel patterns

2. Account Management

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts across the cluster
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections
• Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, travel managers, and procurement teams
• Ensure contract compliance and maximize production from existing accounts

3. Revenue & Performance Management

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for rooms, revenue, and market share
• Analyze sales performance reports and take corrective action where required
• Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and availability
• Forecast corporate business on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with property sales, reservations, front office, and operations teams
• Ensure seamless execution of corporate agreements at property level
• Support cluster-wide sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns

4. Reporting & Administration

• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance reviews for management
• Represent the cluster at trade shows, corporate events, and networking functions

1. Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
• 6–10 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in senior corporate sales
• Prior experience handling cluster or multi-property sales is highly desirable

2. Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Proven track record in corporate account acquisition and retention
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and forecasting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties/accounts

3. Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel within the cluster and attend client meetings/events
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and commercially focused
