We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR & Administration Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of a strong organizational foundation. You will play a key role in shaping HR strategies, systems, and processes aligned with the company’s long-term goals.

• Develop HR policies, employee benefit schemes, and organizational structures tailored to different business phases and strategic goals.
• Design workforce planning, organizational charts, job descriptions, and HR systems aligned with the company’s structure.
• Plan and execute recruitment strategies to ensure staffing needs are met promptly and effectively across departments.
• Take full responsibility for managing and updating employee records, including contracts, insurance, payroll, promotions, transfers, rewards, and disciplinary actions.
• Receive and address employee feedback regarding company policies, working environment, and HR-related matters.
• Draft and implement internal regulations, HR policies, and administrative documents (e.g. working regulations, benefit policies, travel reimbursements, document filing).
• Oversee general administrative operations and propose improvements when necessary.
• Build and promote corporate culture in line with the Board of Directors’ vision.
• Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports on HR and administrative performance.

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and performance.
• Lunch allowance: 35,000 VND/day.
• Year-end bonus (13th-month salary) and holiday bonuses.

• College or University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (as HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist).
• English communication skills are Intermediate.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills: agile, detail-oriented, tactful, diligent, and honest.
