Job Summary

We’re seeking DevOps Engineers to join our CIB Technology team who are responsible for managing all technology requests related to CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) business in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with in-country application development and infrastructure teams to deploy and operate various applications and systems
  • Set up infrastructure for new applications and systems
  • Production support for local applications and Group systems
  • IT SME working with business users and regional teams on data related tasks and initiatives
  • Oversees the use of business data analysis software, troubleshoots for common errors, and provide training where applicable
  • Developing and implementing enterprise-wide cyber risk management programs, including methods to monitor and identify attacks and to maintain the integrity of information.
  • Investigation of IT security violations or potential threats, identifying root cause and developing solutions to combat the violations.
  • Developing IT and Cyber security policies, standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Monitoring technology and internet use to ensure compliance with security and risk programs.

Skills And Experience

  • System administration experience on system components such as operating system, database and middleware (e.g. Windows, Linux, MSSQL, Oracle, IIS, IBM WebSphere Liberty, etc.)
  • Software Development Lifecycle experience in a mature Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery environment
  • Experience in DevOps toolchain (e.g. JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins, MS Azure DevOps)
  • Proficiency in one or more coding languages, preferably Java or .NET
  • Experience in data management and operation initiatives with knowledge on data management platforms and tools (e.g. Hadoops, Spark, PowerBI, Tableau, Dremio, SQL, Python, etc.)
  • Experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring.
  • Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Degree in Information Technology or another related field
