Role Summary
The HR Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving people strategies to foster an inspiring, luxury-focused, and high-standard workplace. This leader will connect our front-line retail staff with back-office support, blending traditional and modern work styles to create a cohesive, productivity-driven culture. With a strategic vision and dynamic leadership, you will attract and develop top talent, implement forward-thinking HR practices, and ensure our brand's ethos is consistently reflected across all employee touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors and department heads, developing HR strategies that align with business goals, enhance brand image, and reflect our luxury standards.
- Cultivate relationships across the company to understand departmental needs, proposing HR initiatives that drive efficiency, loyalty, and team synergy.
2. Talent Acquisition and Development
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring top-tier recruitment standards that attract talent aligned with our luxury market and brand identity.
- Design and implement talent development strategies that elevate customer experience skills, luxury product knowledge, and management capabilities for both store teams and back-office support.
- Create and support an agile organizational structure, ready to scale with business needs and market expansions.
3. Performance and Competency Management
- Establish and refine performance management systems (OKRs, KPIs) that align company objectives with individual and departmental goals.
- Guide leaders in giving structured, meaningful feedback that encourages professional growth and aligns with our high standards for luxury customer service.
- Manage talent succession planning, preparing emerging leaders to ensure seamless transitions in key roles.
4. Building a Luxury Culture
- Lead initiatives to create an inspiring and high-standard culture that embodies luxury, professionalism, and productivity across all functions.
- Foster an environment that bridges front-line retail with corporate support, ensuring mutual respect, open communication, and alignment with our brand’s luxury ethos.

5. Cost Management and Productivity
- Drive productivity and efficiency improvements while reducing costs through optimal workforce planning and streamlined HR operations.

- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or relevant certification in Human Resources is a plus.
- Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within luxury retail or a high-end brand environment.
- Proven track record in organization transformation, strategic HR management, and handling labor relations.
- Experience working across diverse cultures and managing teams in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
- Skills and Competencies

6. Employee Relations and Compliance
- Act as a respected, balanced voice between management and staff, employing both soft and decisive approaches as situations require.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and ensure HR policies and procedures comply with regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company in negotiations with labor unions, government agencies, and other regulatory bodies as required.

Lịch sử thành lập
- Giai đoạn 1981 - 1995, Đầu tư trang thiết bị và xây dựng cơ sở bút bi Thiên Long. Bắt đầu xâm nhập thị trường bút viết trong nước.
- Giai đoạn 1996 - 2004, Công ty TNHH SX-TM Thiên Long ra đời. Đẩy mạnh năng lực sản xuất, đa dạng hóa mẫu mã sản phẩm. Ngày càng phát triển và nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm đáp ứng nhu cầu mở rộng của thị trường.
- Giai đoạn 2005 - 2007, Chuyển đổi mô hình sang Công ty Cổ phần SX-TM Thiên Long vào năm 2005. Trong giai đoạn này,Thiên Long đã phát triển mạnh mẽ cả về sản phẩm lẫn thương hiệu.
- Giai đoạn 2008 - 2011, Công ty được đổi tên thành Công ty CP Tập Đoàn Thiên Long. Năm 2010 tiến hành niêm yết cổ phiếu trên sàn chứng khoán Hồ Chí Minh với mã chứng khoán là TLG. Trong giai đoạn này sản phẩm của Công ty đã chiếm lĩnh và khẳng định được vị thế tại thị trường trong nước. Bước đầu xâm nhập ra thị trường quốc tế.
- Giai đoạn 2012 - 2016, Ở giai đoạn này, Thiên Long đã trở thành thương hiệu số 1 về văn phòng phẩm tại Việt Nam. Chiến khoảng 60% thị phần trong nước. Thị trường xuất khẩu ra thị trường quốc tế ngày một rộng mở.
- Giai đoạn 2017 - 2019, xuất khẩu tới 65 quốc gia, trong đó Công ty đã có mặt tại tất cả quốc gia Đông Nam Á. Chính thức cho ra mắt website TMĐT FlexOffice.com.
