As a Strategic Planning, Senior Executive, you will be involved in developing and executing strategic communication plans, with a focus on digital IMC and influencer integrated marketing. The Senior Executive will conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform strategies and drive creative output, while also mentoring junior team members.
What You’ll Do
What You’ll Do
- Report to the Strategic Planning Manager / Head of Strategic Planning on strategic deliverables to deliver the client’s marketing/communication objectives
- Devise digital/social / influencer / IMC communication plans and be able to lead the strategic part during the pitching process
- Confidently consult and grow intern/ junior planners in the team
- Hands-on with the research and digital analytics tools to bring an understanding of the market, category, and consumers to develop strategic insights
- Contribute to new initiatives beyond the assigned tasks
- Drive the creative team and the output with integrated communication plans
- Integrate with the agency’s culture, principles, and philosophy and apply it in everyday work
- A recognized University Degree
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- At least 3 years of qualified strategic planning experience. An addition of 0.5-1 year in the same position is preferred
- Someone who loves challenges and is committed to exploring, gathering, and defining the insights
- Has a strong logical and creative mindset to come up with strategic plans & creative inspiration
- Someone excited about Marketing Technology
- Has a good command of English and strong interpersonal skills
- A team player, highly motivated, and committed
