Role Overview: You will support the execution of brand marketing activities, especially on TikTok and other digital content platforms, to strengthen brand awareness and engage target healthcare audiences.

• SOW

Brand Campaign Support:

• Assist in analyzing customer segments and propose content directions tailored to different target groups.
• Coordinate the execution of brand campaigns under the direction of the Brand Manager.

Digital Content Management:

• Support planning and managing content calendars for TikTok and other platforms.
• Assist in producing short-form content such as educational videos, product highlights, and expert interviews.

Agency and KOL/KOC Coordination:

• Support agency collaboration for KOL/KOC booking and campaign implementation.
• Prepare briefs, monitor timelines, and assist with content approvals.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks:

• Assist in handling paperwork, contract processes, and tracking campaign budgets.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital content or healthcare marketing.
• Basic understanding of TikTok and short-form content trends.
• Strong organizational and team collaboration skills.
