We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Selection and Expansion Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential locations for our company's expansion and overseeing the entire site selection process. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that expansion plans align with our business objectives and growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential expansion locations, considering factors such as market potential, competition, infrastructure, labor availability, and regulatory environment.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to develop expansion strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

3. Conduct site visits and evaluate potential sites based on criteria established by the company.

4. Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and other legal documents related to site selection and expansion.

5. Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as real estate brokers, site developers, and government officials, to facilitate the site selection and expansion process.

6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential sites, including detailed information on site characteristics, costs, and feasibility.

7. Analyze financial data, including cost projections, return on investment (ROI), and profitability, to support decision-making related to site selection and expansion.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact site selection and expansion decisions.

9. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
