Descriptions of Job duties:

• Receives patient at front desk by greeting, introduces service, registers data into LIS/HIS, process payment, tracks and sends result
• Telephone Skills: Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner; following call center “scripts” when handling different topics, identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Ensure patient confidentiality
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
