The Supply Chain Consultant is responsible for delivering professional supply chain management solutions to Bosch’s clients in Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding regions. This role will lead supply chain optimization projects, covering warehouse management, planning, logistics coordination, and more, ensuring efficient operations and on-time delivery for client supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze and streamline the clients’ existing supply chain processes (warehousing/cross dock, planning, in-plant logistics, etc.), identify pain points, and propose improvement solutions.
2. Design and implement cost-saving and efficiency-improving solutions for warehousing, including logistics warehouse layout optimization, inventory optimization, improve the productivity and other related initiatives.
3. Act as the primary client-facing interface, communicating requirements, implementing solutions, drafting SOPs/work instructions, preparing reports, and delivering final presentations.
4. Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration (procurement, production, logistics, etc.).
5. Provide supply chain training to client teams to ensure sustainable process improvements.
   
   

• Familiar with Lean methodologies, with expertise in WMS, demand planning, inventory control, and logistics network design.
• Knowledge of automotive/home appliances/consumer electronics industries and their supply chain processes, with the ability to respond promptly to client needs.
• Language: Fluent in English and Chinese (written & spoken); Vietnamese is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 5+ years in supply chain consulting or corporate supply chain management (manufacturing/MNC experience preferred).
• Skills: Strong cross-cultural communication, problem-solving mindset, and ability to drive results in complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications
