YOUR MISSION:
- This role is to lead, plan and monitor marketing communications activities in Vietnam to achieve brand and commercial objectives working with the key stakeholders.
- Drive Southeast Asia initiatives aligned with Global and Glocal brand narrative
- Lead and implement communication planning strategy within country that aligns with market requirement to support DTC and Wholesale Portfolios
- Drive key marketing initiatives and implement integrated communication plans to be aligned with Global and Southeast Asia brand narrative and conduct post campaign analysis. Campaigns to engage PUMA Vietnam’s target audience and to drive brand elevation and affinity
- Develop and implement performance/ sports marketing strategy for Vietnam, including building a portfolio of sports marketing assets with national relevance.
- Lead and implement sports activations/events to engage PUMA Vietnam’s target audience relating to Performance BU (Football/Basketball/Running) to drive brand visibility and credibility
- Develop a network and build relations with Media, Personalities and Athletes in Vietnam. Promote the brand’s attractiveness by connecting with early adopters and opinion-leaders with a continuous flow of product stories. Drive brand exposure through effective seeding strategy. Be in tune with latest industry trends as well of updated digital / social media strategy
- Develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies to help drive traffic and sell-through in DTC channels and drive brand confidence with Key Wholesale Accounts in Vietnam.
- Effective management of external agencies: To ensure consistent PR coverage in Vietnam. Maintaining good relationship with related Media and PUMA Influencers. To ensure Social media agency has effective/efficient strategies to drive awareness, engagement and conversions of own and earned accounts. Other agencies for successful activations/events
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Functional: Proven Brand marketing and Trade / E-comm marketing experience from international Brand across multiple countries.
- Industry: preferred sports, lifestyle or fashion
- Leadership: previous management experience, direct as well as indirect
- 5-7 years’ experience in overseeing Brand Marketing and E-comm marketing.
- Strong point of view and executing insight-driven, strategic and measurable brand Marketing programs
- Creativity & Innovation, initiative & self-motivated, leadership & team player, planning & organizing
