YOUR MISSION:

Responsible for the research and development from the approved design through the confirmation stage
Coordinate all phases of development utilizing the available resources of Design, Product Line Manager, Model Shop, Wear Testing and PUMA Herzo Innovation
Assist and contribute ideas for product design, construction, materials, compounds and components to enhance functionality
Generate a technical development package for each project for initiating the development process
Work with Innovation HQ to develop projects within established timelines
Daily communication to PUMA for expediting development process
Examine all prototypes to assure all specifications are correct and within product cost targets
Prepare and update project status reports
Coordinate all testing at appropriate stages. Evaluate the feedback and implement revision
Assist on production quality issues when necessary

YOUR TALENT:

College or University graduated
At least 5-10 year working experience in footwear industry
Passion to provide solution
Fast decision making, manage teams
Details oriented, drive for results

CÔNG TY DELI ( dưới đây gọi tắt là DELI), được thành lập vào năm 1988, trụ sở chính được đặt tại khu Công Nghiệp DELI huyện Ninh Hải tỉnh Triết Giang, Trung Quốc. Với số lượng CNV hơn 14,000 người, là Tập Đoàn lớn nhất Trung Quốc, chuyên sản xuất về lĩnh vực đồ dùng văn phòng phẩm, thiết bị giáo dục.
Dựa theo tình hình không ngừng phát triển của công ty, hình thành lên bố cục kinh doanh toàn cầu hóa, Tháng 12 năm 2018 tập đoàn DELI xây dựng cơ sở sản xuất ở Việt Nam, thành lập Công ty TNHH DELI Việt Nam, và đến tháng 7 năm 2019 bắt đầu khởi công xây dựng nhà xưởng, đến tháng 8 năm 2020 đã chinh thức đưa vào sử dụng. Công ty đặt tại Khu công nghiệp Yên Phong mở rộng tỉnh Bắc Ninh, Việt Nam, Công ty có diện tích 110,000 M2.
Lĩnh vực sản xuất: Thiết bị giáo dục và đồ dùng văn phòng phẩm, tổng cộng hơn 40 mã sản phẩm, quy mô nhà mày 1000- 1500 người. Trong tương lai nhà máy sản xuất văn phòng phẩm Deli Việt Nam sẽ trở thành nhà máy sản xuất văn phòng phẩm lớn nhất Việt Nam.
