Job Description
- Develop and manage wholesale and retail customer accounts in Northern Vietnam.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Analyse market trends and create sales forecasts for the assigned region.
- Expand and strengthen the dealer and distributor network.
- Identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product developments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers to boost market share.
- Ensure timely payments and assess customer growth potential.
- Liaise effectively with warehouse, accounts, and affiliates to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist and participate in trade fairs to promote the brand.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in total, with a minimum of 2 years in sales distribution, ideally in sporting goods, apparel, or footwear.
- We have provensales record with high sales activity.
- Self-motivated, independent, and customer-oriented with an aggressive sales approach.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Experience with MS Office, including Excel and Word.
