We are seeking a talented and innovative Fashion Designer specializing in bras to join our team. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing stylish and comfortable bras that cater to customer needs and align with current market trends. This role demands a deep understanding of bra design, garment construction, and consumer insights to create high-quality products that stand out in the market.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct in-depth research to understand customer preferences, pain points, and market trends specific to bras.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform design decisions, ensuring bras meet consumer needs and expectations.
- Create original bra design concepts, sketches, and technical drawings.
- Develop detailed tech packs with specifications for fabrics, trims, and construction methods.
- Collaborate with 3D designers, technical designers to develop prototypes and ensure design feasibility.
- Participate in fittings and adjust designs based on feedback, prioritizing comfort and support for seniors.
- Work with the product development team to ensure timely and accurate execution of designs from concept to final product.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight the unique features and benefits of the products.
- Stay updated on new materials, technologies, and industry innovations to enhance designs for senior women.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lingerie or intimate apparel design, with a focus on bras.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and experience in bra design.
- Excellent understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fitting.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends in lingerie and intimate apparel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
- Experience in designing and developing other types of intimate apparel is a plus.
