What You'll Do

As the Store Leader, you will be responsible for building and leading a commercial project that caters to the needs of the local community. You will implement an omnichannel commercial policy that promotes eco-mobility among customers, employees, and partners. Your role will involve managing sales of new or second-hand products as well as services. You will also coordinate people organization, hourly performance, and working conditions to enhance customer availability and overall performance.

• Provide a sustainable product offering and a range of services expected by customers
• Promote eco-mobility among our customers, employees, and partners
• Ensure good relations with local institutions
• Deliver the best possible experience to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable performance
• Manage the 'how to sell' which allows our customers to discover and buy our product and service offer on new or sustainable solutions
• Coordinate people organization, hourly performance, and working conditions to enhance customer availability and overall performance
  
  

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this Store Leader position is someone who has a strong desire to lead their team coupled with an intense enthusiasm for sports. You should bring at least 5 years of managerial experience in relevant fields such as Retail, FMCG, F&B or Hospitality. Proven experience in successfully setting up and managing new stores or projects is essential. You should also have prior stock and supply management experience along with a great understanding of business development and commerce.

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in relevant fields preferred: Retail, FMCG, F&B, Hospitality…
• Proven experience in successfully setting up and managing new stores or projects
• Prior stock and supply management experience
