• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

• Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content creation, SEO, and PPC campaigns.

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote resort services, special events, and packages.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain the highest standards of brand representation.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

• Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and blogs.

• Manage and grow the resort's social media presence, enhancing audience engagement and driving traffic to the resort's website.

• Develop relationships with media, influencers, and partners to maximize positive media coverage and exposure.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.

• Strong experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English (additional languages are a plus).

• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.

• Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
