Mô tả công việc
1. Marketing Execution:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities, including advertising, media, PR, and promotions.
Implement and monitor marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with brand objectives and KPIs.
2. Content and Communication:
Develop and manage marketing content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Coordinate with external agencies, social groups, KOL/ Influencers, Key stakeholders in Sports industry to support marketing initiatives and ensure consistency in brand messaging.
3. Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and analyze trends to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
Monitor competitor activities and consumer behavior to inform marketing tactics and adjustments.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and online teams to support integrated marketing efforts and ensure alignment with business goals.
5. Reporting and Administration:
Track and report on campaign performance, including metrics and outcomes, to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
6. Process Support:
Ensure smooth execution of marketing processes and activities, providing administrative support as needed.

Relevant Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1-3 years of relevant working experiences in Retail / Fashion / Cosmetics marketing preferably
Knowledge of marketing strategy and digital marketing tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the sports or retail industry.
Ability to respond to market changes and support dynamic marketing efforts.
Proficiency in English
Competency: (Technical, Operational, Managerial, Human & Cultural Requirements)
Technical: Proficiency in marketing execution and content management.
Operational: Ability to manage campaigns, budgets, and cross-functional tasks.
Managerial: Supportive skills to assist in team and project management.
Human & Cultural: Effective communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
