Interpret projects between client and project team
Translate Vietnamese - Korean, Korean - Vietnamese documents
Write meeting minutes after meetings with customers
Support contacting Korean customers
Collaborate with Project manager in project management - support reporting and some administrative work as requested by the leader
Business Analyst:
Gather information, analyze, clarify customer requirements and provide models and solutions based on the collected requirements.
Create business analysis/solution documents (URD, SRS, Usecase, User story, Diagram, ...)
Communicate information and support project members and project managers to clarify customer requirements that need to be met.
Provide requirements on scope of work, preliminary assessment of resources/implementation time
Participate in system testingHaving knowledge of finance, banking system is an advantage
Korean Topik 5 or higher, good communication ability
Priority is given to candidates with experience in securities field
Creative, dynamic, responsible for work
Be able to ensure the quality of work yourself
Knowing English is 1 advantage
Good use of interface drawing tools (Figma, axure, ...)
Know how to use task management tools, bug logging (jira, redmine, ...)Attractive compensation & salary
