The Role

This position will oversee all aspects of the marketing, leasing and management of the shopping mall, including the daily activities and duties of the mall to ensure smooth operations of the mall, as well as compliance with local laws and regulations. You will be focused on driving organic growth of the portfolio of assets, including formulating and executing asset management plans and marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of these assets.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall positioning of assets as well as the enhancement of cashflow and asset value.
• Ensure the assets are performing at its optimal level on the operational aspects and financially.
• Develop strategic as well as tactical plans for the asset and ensure execution of plans for each asset.
• Provide leadership to the in-house team as well as outsourced service providers to ensure that the asset is properly maintained, managed and compliant with regulations.
• Managing the reporting and communications with the Board of Directors
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance or its equivalent.
• 12 - 15 years of relevant experience of similar capacity with thorough knowledge of asset management or equivalent.
• Operationally hands-on with sound financial grounding
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly self-driven and results-oriented.
• Prepared to work in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment, with high sense of urgency and responsiveness.
