Partnership (50%)
Ensure account managers are aware of changes within merchants.
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Finance, CS, PD, PO, MKT, Legal team) to ensure merchant and client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Monitor company performance against service level agreements and flag potential issues.
Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by merchants and clients.
Conduct business, MKT campaign reviews to ensure MCs are satisfied with their sales and services.
Build and maintain relationships with merchants and key personnel within.
Operations (50%)
Build strong relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, clear understanding of goals, and focus on delivering meaningful results for the merchant team.
Identifies continuous improvement opportunities and proposes changes to gain efficiencies, increase quality and reduce costs in merchant processes.
For new merchants: Follow up processes from contract, training, go- live, create account, manage stores, internal communication, etc.
For existing merchants: Support the management of the MC portfolio with the Merchant Partnership Manager and issues related to the operation of the MC.
Actively participate and contribute to projects/initiatives to deliver the best merchant engagement & satisfaction in line with company long term business objectives.
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager with willingness to develop new competencies.

We expect you will have a reasonable understanding/interest in mobile technology or services to help sell a new innovative product in a business- to- business environment.
Careful and detail oriented.
Have 2+ years of experience in relevant positions.
Honest and trustworthy team- player.
Strong passion to be a successful early- stage start- up team member.
You will need to enjoy delivering results and celebrating successes.
Good command in English is a plus.
