• Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager to ensure the right product is sold for the right price to the right customer through the right distribution channel in order to maximize hotel revenue
• Implement the development of revenue management strategies, ensuring the highest efficiency in Resort business operations
• Research and develop the resort's products and services
• Coordinate with the General Manager/Sales Director to develop budget, business strategy, and forecast the hotel's business situation periodically
• Implement the development of revenue management strategies, ensuring the highest efficiency in Resort business operations
• Regularly closely monitor the room occupancy situation to make appropriate allocation and change plans to increase potential revenue sources
• Develops the hotel forecast for rooms sold and revenue to enable maximum revenue to be obtained from the available demand
• Monitors status regularly and adjusts strategies where appropriate, propose solutions to improve business efficiency for the Resort
• Analyses the competition for each market segment, yield from each type of business and results from distribution channels
• Manage and control selling prices and policies for each market segment and customer source
• Manage and ensure Resort revenue according to the approved budget
• Manage and ensure retail revenue results from product segments at the Resort
• Regularly monitor the effectiveness of the applicable pricing policy through revenue reports from departments and distribution partners - propose appropriate changes to maximize revenue for the Resort
• Maximises room & banquet revenue by utilising yield management techniques
• Check and cross-reference revenue reports from the accounting department
• Implement periodic revenue reports to monitor - analyze and provide solutions to increase revenue for the Resort
• Manage room availability in the best way to achieve the highest possible revenue
• Propose solutions to improve business efficiency for the Resort
• Analyze production statistics and yield information to identify potential new business, markets, trends and highlight findings to Sales & DBD
• Control room status and capacity with partners online
• Control room revenue and average room price and promote business strategy
• Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of, genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Director/General Manager

• Minimum one - three years experience as the same position in 4 – 5 stars hotel/resort
• Bachelor’s degree preferred majoring in guest service, business
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
• Being fluent in English; being able to using other language
• Being proficient in office informatics, hotel management software
• Mastering in hospitality activities
• Having good situation solving skills
• Being able to work independently under high pressure
• Having good commercial and business sense
