Job Summary
ARKRAY, a global health care company, is looking for a reliable Sales Executive to expand the market share of our top-of-the-line In-vitro diagnostic products, while working in conjunction with our distributors. We are headquartered in Japan and our products are sold in more than 80 countries all over the world. As a company, we are still in the stage of fast-moving growth, especially in Asia. That is why ARKRAY is expanding our business in Vietnam and are now looking for a Sales Executive in Hanoi, who can help us expand our business in Vietnam. The candidate will work to grow our business while being in close communication with the General Manager of Vietnam as well as our Sales Support Specialist to discuss and execute sales strategies for business development.
Job Description
- Meet sales goals and quotas assigned by the management.
-Support and maintain positive customer and business partner relationship and develop strong relationships with key accounts. Address customer questions and concerns expeditiously and professionally.
-Develop new business prospects (hospitals, labs, clinics, etc.) in specific geographic areas through prospect visits, cold calls, and all other applicable methods.
-Demonstrate competency in ARKRAY and competitive product knowledge. The Sales Executive is responsible for having instrument knowledge and the ability to effectively demonstrate ARKRAY products.
-Provide product, sales, and marketing support to distributors.
-
Responsible for timely, accurate completion of administrative tasks, such as daily and monthly reports, expense reports, etc.
-Provide ARKRAY management with market trends and competitive field activity information, enabling the company to support territory strategies/tactics and react quickly to competitive actions.
-Create sales proposals and discuss them with the General Manager and Sales Support Specialist.
-Perform duties assigned or accepted as out of the guidelines.
-Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational conferences
Requirements
-Four-year bachelor's degree or above (degree in biotechnology, life science, business administration, or related discipline).
-3+ years’ experience in sales (IVD sales preferred).
-Effective communication and negotiation skills.
-Fluent in English.
-Experience in hospital clinical laboratory markets with demonstrated success is an advantage.
-Experience working at a Japanese company is a plus.
