Mô tả công việc

Perform the role of supervisor to be responsible of the shift duty when supervisor is not available
Regularly liaise with the various Departments - the object being directed towards the safe, secure, efficient and harmonious operation of the Property in conjunction with the function of the Security Department
Continually evaluate and provide recommendations to the Security/Safety Manager for the improvement of security/fire safety procedures in the various departments, particularly as regards storage, key control, chemicals, personal security
Conduct investigations into matters relating to fire, accidents, physical injury, damage, threat, vehicle accident, disruption where theft/fraud/loss/injury/damage has occurred, suspected to have occurred or is likely to occur
Be accountable for the security, fire safety and safety of the Property, its residents, visitors, employees, contractors and assets
Maintain full, true and accurate records associated with the complete function of the Security Department, be responsible for the operation, induction and training of all security staff
In conjunction with the Security/Safety Manager, to implement and administer security loss control, key control, fire safety and safety procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management
Provide recommendations as regards security, fire safety and safety of the Property to the Security/Safety Manager
Be responsible of the day-to-day operation of the Security Department in the absence of the Security Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

2 years of relevant experience as Security/Safety Supervisor in the hospitality industry
Conversant in Laws (criminal/civil Code, Labor Laws)
Good written and verbal English communication
