About Our Client

Our client is a prominent player in the Consumer Electronics industry. As a large organization, they have a global footprint with operations in many countries, including Vietnam. They are known for their diverse product portfolio and commitment to quality.

Job Description

As a Head of MT, your main responsibilities will include:

Drive profitable growth in the Modern Trade channel in Vietnam.
Managing a key account management sales team
Develop reports across various systems for management insights.
Oversee and control BTL activities aligned with strategic objectives.
Analyzing market trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with Product Marketing to optimize product range and pricing. Work closely with Brand and Trade Marketing teams on campaigns, catalogues, POS materials, displays, dealer incentives, and events.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key Modern Trade customers to grow business.
Make strategic decisions to ensure profitable growth, including terminating non-performing dealers when necessary.
Reporting on sales performance to BOD

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of MT should have:

A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
At least 10 years of key account sales experience in the Consumer industry, with strong relationships in Modern Trade (prefer consumer electronics, home appliances; open to FMCG and retailers)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Prior experience in Product Management in a plus.
English fluent
