Reports directly to and communicates with the General Manager on all administrative matters.
Maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs.
Be responsible in managing and keeping the department’s equipments and assets safe and secure.
Use formal framework / tools to ensure compliance of established standards in Fire Life Safety (FLS), Cleanliness & Condition and Brand Standard.
Champion and protect IHG’s trusted reputation.
Work with relevant departments to ensure adequate processes to support Responsible Business initiatives, i.e quality, FLS compliance, audits Green Engage and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Be responsible in keeping the property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to FLS.
Assist General Manager with hotel’s SOP verification.
Perform other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments which may be assigned by management when we have to pull together to get a task done.

Colleague/ Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in related field with good understanding of continuous improvement tools and/or Hotel operations.
At least 01-year related experience.
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and organised.
Good communication skills with the ability to communicate in different ways to different employees.
Ability to build good working relationships with different employees and cluster network.
Ability to overcome resistance to change.
Well-versed in Excel, Word and Powerpoint, with advanced skills in Excel preferred.
Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
