Responsible for quality inspection tasks for food products (shrimp, fish, etc.) at food processing factories.
Overview is as follows:
Read material composition tables, manufacturing processes, instructions, etc., to understand expectations and official standards for product quality.
Inspect raw materials received from suppliers, evaluate quality, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Select product samples from the output and inspect them using appropriate methods (measure dimensions, weight, color, compare against product specifications, etc.).
Perform other complex testing and inspection procedures (if necessary).
Maintain inspection records, information, and various data such as the number of defective products each day.
Monitor procedures throughout the entire production process to ensure efficiency and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Prepare and submit reports to the Quality Manager or higher management levels.
Carry out periodic reports as required.
Requirements
Language Skills : Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2: level).
Experience :
No prior experience in the food industry is required as training will be provided by the factory.
Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Must be willing to travel frequently (within Vietnam and to Japan)
Other Skills :
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
