JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Organize and arrange meeting schedules and work schedules arising during the project (team's work schedule with the contractor, leadership reporting schedule); coordinate the work of all stakeholders during the project implementation phases, especially during the UAT phase.
- Prepare meeting minutes, track progress, monitor, and drive the progress of stakeholders in accordance with the agreements and directives made during meetings.
- Analyze and consolidate documents, prepare regular progress reports, and report on common issues of the project.
- Perform tasks related to drafting and obtaining signatures for proposals, contracts, contract appendices, and meeting minutes with partners.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to carry out tasks related to the development of the project plan and the implementation of communication and training activities.
- Support the Project Manager in project planning, project management, creating documents, reports, translation services for the project, and storing project documents.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, preference given to candidates with a Master's degree.
2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise:
- Knowledge of banking products, processes, and services, especially in retail banking.
- Understanding of project management, project planning, and implementation.
3. Skills:
- Work management skills.
- Presentation and training skills.
- Communication skills.
- Teamwork and team management skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong analytical and report consolidation skills.
4. Relevant Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Banks in roles related to Sales/Services.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in projects related to digital transformation in the banking sector.
