Facebook Ads (50%):

• Develop and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to generate leads, focusing on insights derived from both performance data and customer behavior.
• Collaborate with the creative team to provide direction on optimal creative approaches that resonate with target audiences.
• Use Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager to set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns.
• Conduct thorough audience research to understand customer behaviors and interests, and utilize this information to improve ad targeting.

SEO (50%):

• Conduct on-page SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve site performance.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Utilize SEO tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console to track and analyze website performance.
• Work on keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated in all content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in digital marketing with a focus on Facebook Ads and SEO.
• Proficient in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Good understanding of the education industry and lead generation models, preferably in an online to offline context.
• Can-do attitude with a critical thinking mindset.
